1 tsp baking soda

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup of brown sugar lemon juice

4 large eggs

1 cup nuts

2 cups of dried fruit

1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila

Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer...Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar...Beat again.

At this point it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup. Just in case. Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit. Pick the frigging fruit off floor... Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Who giveshz a sheet. Check the Jose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.

Preheat oven to 325掳F. with rack in the center of the oven. Line baking sheets with lightly buttered parchment or waxed paper.

6. Fill pastry bag with some of the mixture and pipe 1-inch diameter mounds onto the sheets. Flatten tips with moistened finger.

7. Bake for 5 minutes. Prop oven door open with the handle of a wooden spoon and bake an additional 7 minutes. The cookies should be firm to the touch, but still soft in the centers. Remove from oven.

8. Lift up one edge of the waxed/parchment paper and pour about 2 tablespoons of water under it. Repeat on the other side. Water will sizzle and boil. When water stops boiling, remove the cookies with a metal spatula and cool on a rack.

Chocolate Chips Cookies

1 cup (2 sticks) (226 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar

3/4 cup (160 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

3 cups (420 grams) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups (270 grams) semisweet chocolate chips

Note: Can add 1 cup of toasted and chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) with rack in center of oven. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), cream the butter. Add the white and brown sugars and beat until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Beat in eggs, one at a time, making sure to beat well after each addition. Add the vanilla and beat until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and beat until incorporated, adding the chocolate chips about half way through mixing. If you find the dough very soft, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).

For large cookies, use about a 2 tablespoon ice cream scoop or with two spoons, drop about 2 tablespoons of dough (35 grams) onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake about 12 - 14 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Cool completely on wire rack.
Cookie Trees:

2 16-ounce boxes confectioners' sugar

6 egg whites

3 Styrofoam cones, ranging in height from 7 to 12 inches (available at craft stores)

4 12-ounce boxes vanilla wafers or other small, flat cookies

Beat all but 1/4 cup of the sugar with the egg whites until stiff. Spread a thin layer of the frosting on a cone, then, working from the bottom up, overlap cookies, using more frosting as necessary. Repeat for the other 2 cones. Use a small sieve to dust the trees with the remaining sugar.

Note: Straight pins can be used to hold the cookies in place until the frosting dries, but don't forget to remove them.

Yield: 3 trees
I know this says candy but it can be like a cookie as well.

Corn Flake Candy

1 2/3 cup Corn Syrup

1 2/3 cup sugar

Boil until sugar is melted, remove from heat, then add

1 2/3 tablespoon vanilla

2 1/2 cup peanut butter

In a big pan that is coated with butter, put in 10 cups Corn Flakes.

Pour the above mixture over the Corn Flakes and stir with a large spoon that is coated with butter. I have even coated my hands with butter for the last of them to be put on wax paper so not to burn my hands as it is still very hot.

Stir until Corn Flakes are covered. Spoon out on wax paper and let cool.
Just a fyi: we go to Papa Murphy's Pizza and buy their chocolate chip cookie dough, it's delicious and has a light texture. Then we add a few white chocolate chips and some coconut to it and bake. YUMMY!
