How do you make chocolate chip cookie recipes without the use of vanilla?

im trying to use the things i already have eg.eggs milk flour and chocolate,sugar....but what is the recipe for it?? %26amp; i dont have brown sugar either.How do you make chocolate chip cookie recipes without the use of vanilla?
There are other extracts that can sometimes be substituted for vanilla 鈥?almond extract is one choice. Rum extract is sometimes used. Chocolate extract is an option.





Brown Sugar Substitute





1 cup artificial sweetener*


1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup





Mix ingredients well.





Replaces 1 cup of regular brown sugar to be used when baking.





*Use the type of sweetener that measures 1 cup to 1 cup of granulated sugar.How do you make chocolate chip cookie recipes without the use of vanilla?
Well if you do not have vanilla use a bit of brandy or liquor, for brown sugar maybe you can use molasses(?)
