Does anyone know any really good chocolate chip cookie recipes?

I don't want nuts or any of that stuff in it.Does anyone know any really good chocolate chip cookie recipes?
Chocolate Chip Cookie Surprise Cake


Makes 15 servings


Betty Crocker Cookbook





1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist yellow cake mix


1 cup whole milk


1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted


3 eggs


1 pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix


1/2 cup firm butter or margarine, softened


1 egg


1 tub Betty Crocker Rich %26amp; Creamy chocolate ready-to-spread frosting OR


Betty Crocker Pour %26amp; Frost Pourable Frosting





Heat oven to 350潞F. Generously grease bottom only of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2


x 10 1/2 x 1 inch, with shortening; lightly flour.


Beat cake mix, milk, melted butter and 3 eggs in large bowl with electric


mixer on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan.


Make cookie mix as directed on package using softened butter and 1 egg. Drop


dough by teaspoonfuls evenly over batter in pan.


Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.


Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely, about 1 hour.


Spread frosting over top of cake. Store loosely covered at room temperature.





------------------Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies





1 cup all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon baking soda


1/8 teaspoon salt


1/4 cup butter, softened


1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar


1/2 cup granulated sugar


1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa


2 large egg whites


1/3 cup semisweet chocolate minichips


cooking spray





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.





2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.





3. Beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy; gradually add granulated sugar, beating well. Add cocoa and egg whites, beating well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate minichips.





4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool on pans 2 minutes or until firm. Remove cookies from pans; cool completely on wire racks.





Yield: 40 cookies / Prep: 11 minutes / Cook: 40 minutes

Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla until light.

Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.


Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.


Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies without the nuts





Ingredients:


1 (18 1/2 ounce) box white cake mix, I use duncan hines


1/4 cup brown sugar, packed I use dark brown


1 cup chocolate chips


3/4 cup vegetable oil


1 large egg





Prep:


Preheat oven to 375掳.


In a large bowl stir all ingredients together until well blended.


Drop in rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.


Bake for 10-12 minutes until center of cookie is golden brown.


Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute.


Remove to rack to cool.
Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies





1 1/4 cups sugar


1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar


1 1/4 cups margarine or butter, softened


2 teaspoons vanilla


3 eggs


4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


2 teaspoons baking soda


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 (12-24 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips





#Heat oven to 375*F.


# In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.


# Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.


# Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.


# Stir in chocolate chips.


# Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.


# Bake at 375*F for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies


Preparation time: 30 to 35 minutes


Baking time: 8 to 13 minutes/baking sheet


About 3 dozen cookies


1-1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar


3/4 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening or 3/4 Butter Flavor Crisco stick


2 tablespoons milk


1 tablespoon vanilla extract


1 egg


1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon salt


3/4 teaspoon baking soda


1-1/2 cup (6-ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips





Heat oven to 375潞F. Combine brown sugar, Butter Flavor Crisco Shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture.


Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if used.


Drop rounded measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.


Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375潞F for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies (they will look light and moist), or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet on a cooling rack; remove cookies to rack to cool completely.
RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES








1 cup butter


1 cup brown sugar


1 cup white sugar


2 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


2/3 cup white chocolate chips


2/3 cup milk chocolate chips


2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips





DIRECTIONS


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; add to butter mixture, and stir until just blended. With a large wooden spoon, stir in the white, milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir in the walnuts, pecans, and almonds. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.


Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.





DON';T ADD THE NUTS, YOU CAN DO THE RECIPE WITHOUT THE NUTS!!!!!!
The recipe on the back of the Hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips packet is the best!!!! You can also substitute M%26amp;M's for the chocolate chips - delicious.... :-)
The best one I've ever tried is the one on the back of Toll House Chocolate chip pkg.
I just sent these to my Grand Daughter at camp, and the consensus was, that they were ';Awesome';!!! Just leave out the nuts, as I did, as you never know what kids have allergies to nuts!

Two sticks softened butter

戮 cup light brown sugar


1t vanilla extract


2 large eggs


Bag of semi sweet chips


1 cup chopped nuts





Oven 375





Mix butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.


Add flour, soda, salt.


Mix in chips and nuts





Bake 8-10 minutes.
