my son is cookie monster and his favorites are oatmeal chocolate chip and sweet potato cookies. The oatmeal ones can be bought at the market. The sweet potato ones can be found on any dessert web site, they sound gross, but they are so sweet and soft. you will love them.
You can now buy the tubs of sugar cookie dough. You just let it sit out for awhile, then you flour your counter and roll out like normal dough. Just let them punch out their own shapes with cookie cutters. They'll love it and its less stressful and messy for you!
