I was wondering if anyone knew of any dairy free cookie recipes?

I am having a holiday party, and a number of those attending(including kids) cannot have any dairy products. Eggs are ok tho. Do you know of any fun holiday cookie recipes I could make that do not have any dairy?I was wondering if anyone knew of any dairy free cookie recipes?
Peanut butter cookies are fine and so are meringues as well as lebkuchen (honey cakes), pfeffernuesse, chinese chews, marguerites, date -nut fingers: Hope this helps you, I'm sorry I don't cut %26amp; paste but you should be able to get all or any of these on line try the foodnetwork.com.I was wondering if anyone knew of any dairy free cookie recipes?
Thank you, this is a fair variety and I hope you like them. Report Abuse

All you have to do is sub margarine or shortening for butter in any cookie recipe - and don't use a recipe that calls for milk. Most don't.
i suggest you go to foodnetwork.com, recipe.com

they got tons of stuff im sure they have dairy free
